VALOR HEALTHCARE OPENS 3rd VETERANS CLINIC IN PENNSYLVANIA

Cranberry Township, Penn. clinic brings quality healthcare to Butler County veterans

Washington, D.C. – Valor Healthcare today announced the opening of a new state-of-the-art VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic located in Cranberry Township, Penn. In conjunction with the VA Butler Healthcare System, Valor brings high quality healthcare in a more convenient setting to veterans in Butler County.

With this announcement, Valor now operates 19 clinics across the country. The Cranberry clinic is the company’s 3rd in Pennsylvania, joining clinics in Monaca and Greensburg.

“We are honored to partner with the Butler VA to provide veterans in the Cranberry area with greater access to high quality healthcare,” says Howard Lewin, CEO of Valor Healthcare. “The Cranberry clinic speaks directly to Valor’s mission to offer superior healthcare for our nation’s heroes, and we look forward to building a strong, lasting relationship with this community.”

The newly-constructed, 4,000 square-foot clinic offers primary care, lab, X-rays and mental health services. With its national industry reputation as a top-quality medical provider, Valor customizes the design of each facility to meet veterans’ health needs, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

“Patient comfort and privacy are top-of-mind at our clinics, which we’ve designed to feel similar to a private physician’s office, enhanced by areas for individual check-in and specialty health clinics for female veterans,” adds Lewin.

In recognition of its high standards of patient care, Valor is the only contract provider of primary care services to attain the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval™ for all of its VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinics across the United States. A growing company, Valor provides healthcare services to approximately 62,000 veterans through more than 100,000 clinic visits per year.

“We appreciate the efforts of the Veterans Administration to provide this new service to veterans in our community,” said Jerry Andree, Cranberry Township Manager.
